YOGURT AND RED FRUIT POPSICLES RECIPE

Who can resist a delicious ice cream during Summer? Not me for sure! Aaand, if I tell you that you can do your own popsicles at home? And in less than 5 minutes? There are so many tastes you can prepare that I could stay here forever, so I chose to show you a "light" one, so that you won't feel guilty even if you'll eat two (or three!). Keep on reading! // Chi può resistere ad un delizioso gelato d'Estate? Non io sicuramente. E...se vi dicessi che potete farvi i gelati con gli stecchini a casa vostra ed in meno di 5 minuti? Ci sono tantissimi gusti che potete provare, ma starei qui all'infinito a dirveli tutti, quindi ho deciso di mostrarvi una versione "light", così che non vi sentirete in colpa se ne mangerete 2 (o 3!). Time // Tempo:

5 minutes + 1h30' in freezer. // 5 minuti più 1h30' in freezer.

Difficulty // Difficoltà:

The easiest ever. // La più facile di sempre.

Ingredients // Ingredienti:

- Light yogurt 200 g (10 oz). // 300 g di yogurt light.
- Red fruit. // Frutti rossi.
- Popsicles molds. // Stampi epr gelati con bastoncino.
- A spoon. // Un cucchiaio.


How to // Come procedere:

You just need to fill the molds with yogurt and red fruits using the spoon
then put them in your freezer for about one hour and half.
What comes next is all fun (and yum)!

Dovete solo riempire gli stampi con yogurt e frutti rossi usando il
cucchiaio e metterli in freezer per circa un'ora e mezza.
Ciò che viene dopo è tutto divertimento (e gnam)!
